Football, golf, darts, tennis, running...I've been a competitor my whole life. I like playing against better competition and pushing myself to beat my own prior best. To do so, I need to make sure my body is functioning at its best.
With over 15 years of experience working with top atheletes, doctors and medical treatment facilities, I confidently provide targeted therapy designed to increase range of motion, unlock tension in muscle tissue, and improve overall athletic performance.
